When inflating, the 2-layer air valve of each inflation port ensures a tight cover to prevent leakage. If leakage occurs, carefully check the leaking part or use detergent to identify the source. The repair kit can then be used to fix the issue.
The product may have a slight odor upon delivery, similar to mobile phones, shoes, or clothes, due to the storage period from production to packaging. This is common for inflatable products and will dissipate when aired out in a well-ventilated area.
Due to the material's stretching period, the new product may deflate slightly within 12 hours after full inflation. Minor refilling may be required, as this is the natural leakage of an inflatable product.
